When I make these cards, I just write down a bunch of Christmas things I think of and try to link them together. I look at my own experiences, as well as others. From the associations, I make illustrations. This one was a very fun one to make!

Vodka is Christmas Past: Regardless of gender, everyone drinks it, find out things about themselves they regret, and vow not to drink it again. Fitting for an angelic, androgynous ghost.

Wine is Christmas Present: A good bottle of wine is always there to celebrate any occasion. - people bond over a good glass. There's no foul play (usually) with wine, just a classy time with good cheer.

Golden Rum / Tequila is Christmas Future: No one really sips rum to just taste it, nor tequila. It always seems to end up being swished down and someone, somewhere is a drunk mess. It's "the end".
